Refund policy

 

PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS SENT/RECEIVED DURING THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THEY WILL BE RECEIVED ON DELIVERY. PLEASE SEND YOUR RETURNS AFTER THIS PERIOD TO AVOID SHOES BEING LOST/MISPLACED AS WE CANNOT REFUND SHOES THAT ARE LOST / OR UNTIL WE RECEIVE THEM IN HAND AND CHECK THEM.

General Returns Policy

  • Proof of purchase is required for processing of any returns.
  • All returns must be processed within 14 days to be able to process a refund (excl. transaction fee) or replacement.
  • The item(s) you return will be checked and if in a saleable state, you will be refunded the full amount of your purchase minus a $10 transaction fee for NZ Orders
  • In order to process your return properly and efficiently we need all correct information, including proof of purchase, date purchased, order number, item, size and so on.
  • In order to process a return, unless it is a fault, items must be returned with their undamaged, original packaging and in a saleable condition (unworn, and undamaged). We do not accept returns or offer refunds on change of mind purchases, or for shoes that show any signs of wear at all. 
  • The box and the packaging of the footwear is considered part of the item and if it is damaged due to the way it was returned then we will deduct a further $10 from your refund amount to cover the cost of a replacement box.
  • A refund will be processed into the same account that you used to purchase your item. We do not need your bank account details. Refunds cannot be processed into a different account.
  • Depending on your bank account, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items, so please choose carefully
  • International and Australian returns can be processed on full priced (not sale) items only. The cost of returning goods for refund or exchange for International orders / Australian orders are at the cost of the customer, and the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the return amount (often greater than the $20NZD flat rate charged). Shipping for exchanges on international orders and Australian orders must be covered by the customer in both directions.
